Cameron won its second consecutive and 10th overall Lone Star Conference men’s golf crown by virtue of a team playoff, while Midwestern State claimed its first-ever women's championship. The annual league event was held at Frisco Lakes Golf Club in Frisco, Texas.
CU and MSU went back on the course after finishing 18 holes of medal match play tied 2-2-1. The Aggies prevailed in the one-hole team playoff.
Texas A&M-Commerce won the third-place medal match over West Texas A&M 3-1-1.
MSU’s Derek Oland was the individual medalist for the second straight year at six-under 210.
The men’s all-tournament included Oland, CU’s Zander Winston and Cullen Stahl, A&M-C’s Hagan Wood, and WT’s Logan Leggett.

On the women's side, the Mustangs cruised around the course at 22-over-par (297-301=598), led by individual medalist Sierra Campbell at 3-over 147.
WT finished second (614), while Angelo State and Tarleton State tied for third with identical 616 team totals.
Campbell was joined by teammate Sarah Moore, TSU’s Beatriz Prados and Isabell Jimenez-Perea, and WT’s Glory Jangthongsiri on the all-tournament team.
