Southeastern Oklahoma's successful season came to an end Sunday with a 4-1 loss to St. Edward's in the finals of the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

      The Savage Storm finished the year with a 53-12 record which tied the Lone Star Conference record for wins in a season.

      SOSU's Marjorie Johnson carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning before SEU got on the board.  After a lead-off single and two walks, Kristen Lozano cleared the bases with a double.

      Rachel Sill, Rachel Lynn and Marjorie Johnson each earned all-tournament honors for the Savage Storm.
