MEN’S TRACK
Cameron Macon, Texas A&M-Commerce, JR, Sport & Recreation Management, Dallas, Texas
Macon blew by all runners in the 110-meter hurdles at Arizona State to win the race by a time of 14.24, which featured mostly Division I runners. He also raced to a personal time of 10.92 seconds in the 100-meter dash.
MEN’S FIELD
Justin Lewis, Texas A&M-Commerce, SR, Health Kinesiology & Sport Studies, Lynn, Mass.
Lewis cleared 7-0.25 (2.14m) in the high jump to win the event at Arizona State. He competed against Division I competitors in the event.
WOMEN’S TRACK
Mariana Shostak, Texas A&M-Commerce, FR, General Studies, Lviv, Ukraine
Shostak was selected as the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week after two record-setting races at Arizona State this past weekend. She timed 52.40 seconds in the 400-meter dash to break her school record from two weeks ago and post the top Division II performance this year. The time ranks 14th on the NCAA DII all-time chart and is the fastest time since 2017. She also won the 4x400 meter relay team with a school record and DII-leading time of 3:38.36. She also competed in the 4x100 relay, finishing eighth in the country with a time of 45.94 seconds.
WOMEN’S FIELD
Kimberly Ortolon, Texas A&M-Kingsville, SR, Mechanical Engineering, Edna, Texas, Edna HS
Just a week after tying the Texas A&M-Kingsville school record in the pole vault, Ortolon made it her own after clearing a height of 12-4.5 (3.77m) at the J. Fredd Duckett Twilight Invitational. She accomplished the feat on her first attempt at the height, placing her second behind a vaulter from Houston. Additionally, Ortolon now sits 41st nationally, and second in the Lone Star Conference.

SELECTED NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
Gabriel Field, Texas A&M-Kingsville, moved up to 21st on the NCAA Division II performance list, after clocking in at 52.86 in the 400m hurdles at the J. Fredd Duckett Twilight Invitational. He placed sixth in the event, behind five DI student-athletes, before taking eighth in the 110m hurdles at 15.07.
Keiontae Williamson, Oklahoma Christian, ran a leg on the Oklahoma Christian 4x400-meter relay team that posted a NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time of 3:13.64 while competing Saturday in the University of Oklahoma's John Jacobs Invitational in Norman. The time ranks 21st this season nationally. Williamson also ran in the open 400 meters and finished 10th in a field of 36 men (that included numerous Division I runners) with a time of 49.08 seconds.
Caroline Schwab, Oklahoma Christian, set a school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase for the second time this season at the University of Oklahoma’s John Jacobs Invitational in Norman on Saturday. Schwab was OC's only event winner in the meet, topping a seven-woman field with a time of 11.21.63. That broke the mark of 11:30.06 that she set on April 8 in Wichita State's K.T. Woodman Classic. Before that, the former record of 12:01.89 set by Erin Sesemann had stood since 2011.
Candesha Scott, Texas A&M-Commerce, threw 161-0 (49.08m) to place second in the javelin at Arizona State. The lone finisher above her in the results was a Division I athlete.
