LSC teams carry a combined 21-16 (.568) record against NCAA Division II opponents through games of November 12, including a 16-14 record vs. South Central Region rival Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. The LSC is 2-1 vs. West Region opponents; 1-0 vs. Southeast and Central Region teams; and 1-1 against Midwest Region teams.

Davion Coleman, St. Mary's, G, Sr., Communication Studies, Houston, Texas (Jersey Village HS)
St. Mary's senior guard Davion Coleman scored a career-high 29 points in lifting St. Mary's to an 81-78 win over Regis and followed up with 22 points in the 87-77 victory against #18 Colorado School of Mines. With Regis leading by 10 points with 3:49 remaining, Coleman scored eight straight points in 1:16 to put St. Mary's within two points and set up the Rattlers' game-winning 7-2 run in the final two minutes. Over the two-game stretch, Coleman averaged 25.5 points, including a 17-of-41 (.415) showing from the field. He added nine rebounds, two assists and two steals.
DEFENSIVE
Duncan Alevok, Midwestern State, F, So., Business/Pre-Med, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (University School)
Forward Duncan Alevok proved to be a vital cog in the middle of the Midwestern State defense in wins over South Central Region opponents Colorado State-Pueblo and UC Colorado Springs. The 6-10 sophomore averaged 12 points, seven rebounds, four blocked shots per game while shooting 73.3 percent (11-of-15) from the field. Alevok scored 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting with nine rebounds while swatting five shots in 23 minutes in an 80-74 double overtime win against CSU-Pueblo. He followed with a 12-point, five-rebound effort adding three blocked shots in 25 minutes while shooing 6-of-7 from the field in a 93-75 win over UCCS.
