Lance Little, St. Edward’s, SO, Accounting, 1B, Georgetown, Texas, Leander Rouse HS
Little hit. 533 with two home runs, two doubles and eight RBIs to lead nationally-ranked St. Edward’s to a conference sweep of UAFS. Little also scored eight runs, walked twice and stole a base. His on-base percentage was .632 and he at least one extra-base hit in three of the four games. Little improved his team-leading batting average to .409.
 
PITCHER
Kade Bragg, Angelo State, JR, Communication, LHP, Ennis, Texas, EHS
Bragg tossed a one-hit, complete-game shutout with eight strikeouts to help nationally-ranked Angelo State to a road win against Lubbock Christian. Bragg allowed only a first-inning single and one walk. His first five outs were strikeouts swinging. The left-hander improved to 8-0 on the season and lowered his NCAA Division II best ERA to 0.37.
