For the third conseutive year, West Texas A&M swept the men's and women's titles at the Lone Star Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

The WT men compiled 228 points, followed by Angelo State (157) and Texas A&M-Kingsville (136). The WT women totaled 280.5 points, also followed by Angelo State (197) and Texas A&M-Kingsville (102.5)

It was also the Buffs third title overall, while the Lady Buffs now own five crowns.
