Western Oregon stays unbeaten in LSC play with 34-10 win at Western New Mexico: Western Oregon jumped out to an early lead and never looked back as the Wolves moved to 3-0 in league play with a 34-10 win at Western New Mexico on Saturday at Ben Altamirano Field. For the second week in a row, the Wolves held an opponent to less than 300 yards of offense. WOU’s JJ Tofaeono tied for a team-high with six tackles to go along with a sack and forced a fumble. Offensively, Dominique Loggins paced the Wolves with 130 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries.

Angelo State charges past UT Permian Basin, 36-7, to remain undefeated in conference: Angelo State dominated from coin toss to the final whistle and defeated UT Permian Basin 36-7 on the road Saturday to stay undefeated in LSC play at 3-0. ASU quarterback Braeden Fuller ran for 146 yards and three touchdowns and passed for 112 yards an another score. Kenton Allen had 12 tackles and Andrew Pitts had an interception – his fourth straight game with a pick – to lead the Rams’ defense, which held UTPB to 277 yards of offense.

Texas A&M-Kingsville cruises past Midwestern State to win fourth straight game, 40-13: Texas A&M-Kingsville put up 405 yards on offense and won its fourth straight game with a 40-13 home victory over Midwestern State on Saturday. Roger Hagan ran for 179 yards and two touchdowns and Teague Sedtal passed for 200 yards and two scores to lead the TAMUK offense. The Javelinas led just 19-13 at halftime. Blake Jaques had a 37-yard fumble return for a TD to get things going for the Javelinas in the second half. Rayden Campbell and Luis Jaramillo each had an interception.

No. 11 Central Washington outraces Eastern New Mexico, 44-28: No. 11 Central Washington went on the road and sprinted past Eastern New Mexico Saturday evening, winning 44-28. Kennedy McGill threw for three touchdowns – two to Darius Morrison – and Tyler Flanagan ran for two more scores to lead CWU offense. Brycen Indell led the Wildcats defense with eight tackles. It was the fourth straight win for CWU, which improved to 3-0 in conference play.
