2001 All-Academic Team
The Lone Star Conference has announced its football academic honors for the the 2001 season.To qualifiy for the Commissioner's Honor Roll, students must have at least a 3.20 grade point average and completed a minimum of 24 semester hours at his institution. From that list, the league's sports information directors select 11 student-athletes to the All-Academic Team -- a team based on academic and athletic achievement.
