Valerie Solis, Angelo State, registered a trio of assists during a 2-0 week for the Rambelles. In the 5-1 win over Colorado Christian, the junior set up two goals in 75 minutes of play before assisting on the second goal in a 2-0 win over CSU Pueblo to close the week.

Kenley Blevins, Lubbock Christian, made the most of the one match the Lady Chaps played over the weekend, starting her collegiate career with a four-point performance in a 4-1 LC win over New Mexico Highlands. The Lubbock native began with an assist on the goal that tied the game and added one more assist before finally finding the back of the net herself in the 80th minute. The four points in a single game by Blevins were the most by a Lady Chap since September 22, 2019, when Scott, Celia Duarte and Haley Knesek all had five points each.

Hannah Kelley-Lusk, West Texas A&M, wasted no time opening her scoring account this weekend as she put two past Fort Lewis in WT’s 4-1 victory on Friday. The senior forward brought her career goal tally to 33 after finding the back of the net in the 53rd before adding to the Lady Buff advantage in the 82nd minute. She also finished the game with a game-high five shots, three on-target.

Katey Stice, Eastern New Mexico, led the Greyhounds to their first win of the season as she scored both goals in a 2-0 victory over CSU-Pueblo on Thursday, September 2. Stice registered four shots in the win as the Greyhounds opened the season without a loss for the fifth-straight season.

Karalie Morrison, Texas A&M-Commerce, scored a goal in the Lions’ 4-3 win at No. 18 UC-Colorado Springs this past Sunday. Her goal gave the Lions the 3-2 lead in the 54th minute. On the week, she had seven shots, which are tied for the second most in the LSC.

Sarah Sanchez, UT Permian Basin, scored her first collegiate goal against Colorado Mesa in the closing minutes of the match. She recorded two shots on goal in 112 minutes of game time for the Falcons.

Faith Adje, UT Tyler, was the offensive spark in both Patriot wins during the opening week, finishing her debuts with a total of four points. She had an assist and a pair of shot-on-goal attempts against Harding, the second of which directly set up the opening goal of the season for the Patriots. On Saturday, she followed up her efforts against the Bison with a goal and an assist in a 5-0 win over LSU Alexandria. The five goals mark the highest single-game goal total for the program since the 2016 season. Adje totaled three attempts on target and scored her first collegiate goal in the 38th minute. The freshman tied for the team lead with seven shot attempts for the week.

Kylie Hampton, Angelo State, scored the Belles' first goal of the season in a 5-1 over Colorado Christian and played all 90 minutes in a shutout win of reigning RMAC champions CSU Pueblo to close the week.

Madison Mayben, Lubbock Christian, helped lead the Lady Chaps to a 4-1 win over New Mexico Highlands in the season-opener. The one goal allowed by LCU's back line came on a penalty kick, and Lubbock Christian kept the Cowgirls from scoring for the final 76 minutes of play, despite being down to 10 players due to a red card.

Cora Welch, Texas A&M-Commerce, captained the back line that upset the No. 18 UC-Colorado Springs on the road on Sunday. The senior also recorded the match-tying goal in the victory.

Priscilla Rincon, UT Tyler, led a defensive back line that didn’t allow a single goal in either of the Patriots’ two wins to open the season. UTT was one of just two LSC teams to produce multiple clean sheets. Rincon totaled 168 minutes played in the 2-0 win over Harding on Thursday night and the 5-0 win over LSU Alexandria on Saturday afternoon. UT Tyler allowed just 14 shots to Harding and LSU Alexandria in the two wins.

Jen Peters, Texas A&M-Commerce, had four saves in two matches last week, including two in Sunday’s win over No. 18 UC-Colorado Springs. The match was decided by just one goal, with the Lions securing a late winner to earn a 4-3 victory. Her four saves were tied for seventh-most in the league last week.

Camri Cecil, UT Tyler, was the only keeper to pitch two clean sheets while playing all of her team’s minutes in goal during the week. Cecil’s stellar performance led UT Tyler to 2-0 and 5-0 wins over Harding and LSU Alexandria. She totaled eight saves in the two games, four in each contest, and now has five career shutouts.
