Five Lone Star Conference volleyball teams earned qualification to the 2024 NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship and will open the postseason at the South Central Regional December 6-8.
 
All regional tournament matches will be played in San Angelo, Texas at the Junell Center-Stephens Arena on the Angelo State University campus. Four quarterfinal matches are scheduled for Friday, Dec. 6, with winners advancing to the semifinals on Saturday, Dec. 7. The South Central Regional championship match is set for Sunday, Dec. 8.

LSC Tournament champion Angelo State claimed the league's automatic berth in the national tournament and is the No. 1 seed in the South Central Regional. The Rambelles (28-2), making a 15th NCAA regional tournament, meet No. 8 seed Colorado Christian (19-10) in the opening round.
 
Earning a fifth trip to the South Central Regional and third consecutive, DBU (19-9) is seeded No. 4 and for a second consecutive season plays Colorado Mesa (23-5), the No. 5 seed, in the first round.
 
The winners of the Angelo State/Colorado Christian and DBU/Colorado Mesa quarterfinal matches advance to meet in the semifinal round.
 
West Texas A&M (25-4), the LSC season champion, is seeded No. 2 and will make a 31st appearance in the regional. The Lady Buffs play conference foe UT Tyler in the first round. No. 7 seed UT Tyler (18-8) was selected to the tournament field for a fourth straight season.
 
No. 6 seed Texas Woman's (19-9) plays in their fifth regional and the first since 2015. The Pioneers open against No. 3 seed MSU Denver (27-2) in the first round.
 
The winners of the West Texas A&M/UT Tyler and Texas Woman's/MSU-Denver quarterfinal matches advance to meet in the semifinal round.
 
Sixty-four teams were selected for the 2024 Division II Volleyball Championship and are seeded into eight-team brackets at eight regional sites. The regional winners advance to the Division II finals Dec. 12-14 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D. Teams advancing to the final site will be seeded by the Division II Women's Volleyball Committee after completion of regional play.
