Spring 2024 Commissioner's Honor Roll accolades for LSC athletes


The Lone Star Conference announced 2,284 student-athletes earned Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition for the Spring 2024 semester, including 757 individuals who posted a perfect 4.00 grade-point average in the just completed academic term.
 
The Commissioner’s Honor Roll is announced at the conclusion of the fall and the spring semesters with student-athlete qualification based on their grade point average for the specified semester. To be eligible for the recognition, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.30 grade-point average for the semester and be on the institution's sport roster. Participants on all 19 LSC championship sports, five non-conference sports, and athletic training and athletics performance student staff are included among the Spring 2024 honorees.
 
Lubbock Christian posted the highest number of student-athletes on the Commissioner's Honor Roll with 189 members, including a conference-best 94 with a 4.0 grade-point averages. West Texas A&M was second with 186 honorees and UT Tyler third (184). Angelo State (163) and St. Mary's (157) complete the top five institutions for Spring 2024 Commissioner's Honor Roll listing.
