The Lone Star Conference and Athletic Solutions are proud to enter into a new partnership designed to empower student-athletes and bring Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities to student-athletes who compete in the league, it was announced on Thursday (Feb. 19).
“We are thrilled to partner with Athletic Solutions, a true leader in the NIL industry,” LSC Commissioner Jay Poerner said. “This strategic partnership will assist our member institutions and student-athletes with navigating the NIL space while creating new opportunities for brand-building and promotion.”
As the LSC’s official NIL store provider, Athletic Solutions will utilize its innovative approach to provide fans with direct access to officially licensed merchandise in support of student-athletes in the conference.
“Athletic Solutions’ mission is simple: empower athletes, inspire fans with great products, and elevate the spirit of college athletics,” Athletic Solutions President and CEO Tom Feiden said. “Our vision has always been to create NIL opportunities for all student-athletes at all schools. Partnering with the Lone Star Conference furthers that vision and creates an exciting opportunity for Athletic Solutions to provide incredible stores with unprecedented selection to LSC schools and student-athletes.”
In addition, Athletic Solutions will become the official sponsor of the prestigious LSC Athlete of the Year Awards – male and female – presented each June.
