In just his second tournament playing for the Black and Gold, the freshman carded a first round 72 to open up CU's home event, and then followed that up with a four-under 68 in the final round, the lowest score of the day. Andersen led the field with 11 birdies and tied for the tournament lead with a one-under score on the par-3 holes. He matched the tournament low score of 140 before falling in a four-hole playoff, marking the first time since 2016 that an Aggie has had the top score of an event.
Kevin Graves, DBU, won the NCCAA Men's National Championships at the Hammock Beach Ocean Course in Palm Coast, Florida, after carding a three-round score of 6-under par, 210.  Graves posted the top round of the tournament, recording a second round score of 6-under par, 66.  Graves' win was the first in his four-year career and helped lead the Patriots to their first team victory in the 2020 fall season.
Hunter McDonough, Texas A&M International, led the Dustdevils to an eighth place finish at The Hrncair, finishing in a five-way tie for 11th after shooting 147 (+3) for the tournament with rounds of 73 and 74.
