LSC Golf Weekly Release - Week 11

GOLFERS OF THE WEEK 
CO-MEN’S 
Key Coker, DBU, SO, Marketing, Dallas, Texas, Highland Park HS
Coker fired a 6-under-par 210 (74-68-68) to win the Rattler Invitational at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, Texas. He prevailed in a scorecard playoff against UTPB’s Sangha Park to claim medalist honors. Coker, who led the field with 13 birdies, is now in the top 10 (tied for No. 10) of lowest cards ever in the 25-year history of the event. His play also helped DBU to a runner-up team finish.

Park fired a 6-under par (70-68-72) 210 to tie for first place at the Rattler Invitational at The Dominion Country Club in San Antonio, Texas. Park is now in the top 10 (tied for No. 10) of lowest cards ever in the 25-year history of the event. His first two rounds on Day 1 were three strokes better than anyone else in the 65-golfer field. Park’s play also helped UTPB to a top 5 team finish.
 
WOMEN’S 
Jordan Karrh, DBU, SO, Marketing, Frisco, Texas, Trinity Christian Academy
Karhh shot an even-par 216 (73, 71, 72) to claim medalist honors at the The Southern Invite at Cyrpesswood Golf Course in Cypress Spring, Texas. Karhh’s play helped DBU win its fourth tournament of the season. She led the 77-golfer field with a 4.67 scoring average on par 5 holes.
