MEN’S 
Sangha Park, UT Permian Basin, JR, Communications, Cheongju, South Korea
Park won the individual title eight strokes at the King-Alfred Invitational at Eagle’s Bluff Country Club in Bullard, Texas. He carded an 8-under 64-71-70 for a 205 total that gave him the new UT Permian Basin 54-hold record. Park, whose 64 was the lowest round of the tourney and also tied a UTPB record, was the only golfer in the field of 55 to finish under par.
 
WOMEN’S 
Maria Sierra Sanz, Angelo State, SR, Interdisciplinary Studies, Gijon, Asturias Spain, San Eutiquio La Salle
Sanz carded a 1-over-par 72-72-70—214 to win the individual title by three stokes at the King-Alfred Invitational at Eagle’s Bluff Country Club in Bullard, Texas. Sanz’s play also helped Angelo State to the team championship. She led the field with 37 pars and her final-round 70 was one of only five rounds under par in the entire event.
