Taking on Top Competition. Texas Woman's hosts a highly competitive eight-team competition Friday and Saturday (March 1-2) with the four Lone Star Conference teams joined by a trio of top-ranked Division II teams -- #2 Oklahoma Baptist, #6 Trevecca Nazarene, #11 Drury – along with NAIA #3 Vanguard. All four LSC teams hold spots among the College Stunt Association's Top 14: #3 DBU, #8 St. Mary's, #9 TWU and #14 UT Tyler.
Conference Schedule Wraps-Up. The last two LSC regular season games are scheduled Friday with St. Mary's facing UT Tyler and DBU in games at TWU. The outcomes determine seeding and the host site for the March 23 LSC STUNT Championship. DBU sits atop the standings at 2-0.

LSC STUNT Championship. The inaugural Lone Star Conference STUNT Championship is set for Saturday, March 23, hosted by the No. 1 seeded team. Semifinals will be at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., followed by the third-place game at 2:30 p.m. and the championship at 4 p.m. STUNT is the 19th Lone Star Conference championship sport.

Flyer Alecka Brown earned 42 points in helping St. Mary's to its first-ever Lone Star Conference victory, an 18-5 victory against Texas Woman's. The sophomore competed in both the partner stunts and jumps #7, the highest routines completed during the competition, and was named the player of the game for her efforts.
TUMBLER
M'Lynn Griego, St. Mary's, Tumbler, So., Marketing, Jourdanton, Texas (JHS)
For the second-straight week, M'Lynn Griego was named the tumbler of the game, this week after lifting St. Mary's to an 18-5 victory over Lone Star Conference foe TWU, in the Rattlers' first-ever LSC contest. The sophomore tumbler competed in seven of the eight jumps and tumbling routines during the game.
