Regular-season action in the Lone Star Conference comes to a close on Friday (March 13) with St. Mary's traveling to Texas A&M-Kingsville for both team's last league game before StMU completes the season facing McNeese. ... DBU finished atop the LSC standings with an 8-0 record -- the third straight year the Patriots have gone undefeated in conference play.
Release of the 2026 LSC Stunt Championship Tournament bracket is scheduled Saturday (March 14) following completion of the regular-season schedule. The LSC tournament is scheduled March 27-28 and is hosted by the No. 1 seed and season champion DBU. Details for the event will be included in the bracket release.
Reviewing Week Six. All five LSC teams competed in Austin, Texas, with three closing their regular-season schedules. DBU finished with a clean slate, winning all five games -- four of those conference matchups. Texas Woman's split four games taking wins against Central Arkansas and Ferris State with a close two-point loss to Trevecca Nazarene. St. Mary's posted an LSC win vs. SEU but dropped a heartbreaking 21-20 game to Ashland to go 1-3 for the weekend. Texas A&M-Kingsville and SEU were winless in their mix of conference and non-conference games.

'26 LSC Tidbits. This is the third year that stunt is an LSC championship sport with five league members sponsoring the sport. NCAA Championship Approved! At the mid-January NCAA Convention, all three NCAA divisions voted to
approve stunt as an NCAA championship sport, with its first NCAA championship projected for spring 2027. The sport is currently governed at the collegiate level by USA Cheer with information about the sport, national game results, and the April national tournament accessed at
Stunt the Sport.

Sophomore main base NaKarla Arriola accumulated 38 points over the last week of the Texas Woman's regular-season, helping the Pioneers to a pair of wins in competition held at the St. Edward's tournament.

Madison Gondron strongly impacted DBU's tumbling lineup in a 5-0 week for the Patriots. Claiming 48 points in 47 rounds played, the freshman contributed to both lower- and upper-level routines as DBU closed-out the regular-season 8-0 in the LSC.
