National Schedule & Results 2025-26 Scoreboard
Lone Star Conference teams have reached the midpoint of the fall golf schedules with four weeks of October tournament play awaiting the men’s and women’s teams.
LSC Women
All five LSC teams ranked among the WGCA Top 25 head to the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., on Monday (Oct. 6) for the
National Preview and the chance to test the 2026 NCAA Division II Championship course. Defending national champion DBU is joined by conference mates UT Tyler, West Texas A&M, St. Mary’s and Midwestern State in the field. ... Texas A&M-Kingsville will be at the
St. Simons Intercollegiate at the King and Prince GCS in Georgia (Oct. 6-7) facing a 19-team field that includes No. 2 Wingate and No. 4 Flagler.
Week Four Review
- WT Fall Invitational (54 holes, Sept. 29-30): LSC players captured the first four spots on the individual leader board and the top two places in the team list. West Texas A&M posted an 857 (289, 282, 286) to claim the team title with a four-stroke win over Midwestern State (861-282, 290, 289). Cameron finished fourth (878) with Angelo State (7th, 886), Lubbock Christian (9th, 902) and UT Permian Basin (10th, 918) each recorded Top 10 team finishes. Western New Mexico (11th, 923) and Texas A&M-Kingsville (12th, 924) completed the LSC competitors. ... Sarah Reed paced WT with a 4-under 209 (73, 68, 68) to tie Cameron's Maria Jose Savoca (209-69, 73, 67). Reed nailed a birdie on the first playoff hole for the individual title. WT’s Monica Del Valle tallied three eagles (210-70, 72, 68) and MSU’s Kodi Nolen posted 12 birdies (210-69, 71, 70) to tie for third.

Skip Wagnon Invitational at Kickingbird Golf Club (Edmond, Okla.) with Oklahoma Christian playing the
Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate at Ridgepointe Country Club (Jonesboro, Ark.).
Week Four Review
- Shootout at PGA Riviera Maya (54 holes, Sept. 28-30): West Texas A&M collected a second straight team title posting rounds of 299, 300, 294 (893) for a 10-stroke win over LSC rival UT Tyler (903-299, 299, 305). WT’s Victor Estas finished third in the player board carding a 4-over 220 to slip past teammate Santiago Caride and UTT’s Preston DeSerrano who shot 221 to tie for fourth. UT Permian Basin finished sixth (913) behind Will Tate who shot a 224 (72, 71, 81) for a tie at seventh. Lubbock Christian (921), Oklahoma Christian (935) and Western New Mexico (941) placed 10th, 11th and 12th, and Texas A&M International at 15th (981).

LSC GOLFERS OF THE WEEK | Competitions September 25-30
WOMEN
Sarah Reed, West Texas A&M, Jr., Sports & Exercise Science, Midland, Texas
West Texas A&M junior Sarah Reed fired rounds of 73, 68 and 68 for a 209 (-4) to tie with Cameron's Maria Jose Savoca before winning the individual crown at the WT Fall Invitational with a birdie on the first playoff hole, the 366-yard par four ninth hole. Reed led the Lady Buffs to a four-stroke win for the team title.
MEN
Victor Estas, West Texas A&M, Jr., Finance, Kortenburg, Belgium
Victor Estas led the way for West Texas A&M with rounds of 74, 74 and 72 for a 220 (+4) and a third-place finish as the Buffs won the Shootout at PGA Riviera Maya in Akumal, Mexico. The junior recorded nine birdies over the three rounds with four in the opening round.
